The brief
The City of Greater Geelong required a comprehensive guidelines document that outlined the rules and regulations for nature strips within the municipality. With an increase in non-compliant nature strips over the previous year, it was important that this document was not only easy to navigate and understand, but also visibly attractive and engaging to ensure residents read and understand it.
The solution

A key component of the final nature strip guidelines document is a series of digital illustrations that present ways in which residents can create both compliant and beautiful nature strip gardens. This aspirational imagery ensures the document remains positive and engaging, while also providing important information to readers.​
