Social media strategy

The brief


The Presbyterian Inland Mission are a not-for-profit, Christian organisation that send patrol teams to remote and isolated areas of Australia. 

Since developing their masterbrand in 2013, PIM have continued to seek regular updates to their collateral, website and social media presence. The PIM website was given a refresh in late 2023, to coincide with the release of a new suite of printed flyers, posters and promotional bookmarks. 

The solution

The refreshed PIM website provides a smoother, faster and clearer user experience for the organisation's supporters. Significant changes to the site architecture and home page layout ensure existing supporters are able to find the information they are looking for, and new visitors are guided through how they could get involved.
